WM Entertainment (WM 엔터테인먼트) was established on July 21, 2008, by former singer Lee Wonmin (born Kim Jungsoo). The company is responsible for managing B1A4, Oh My Girl, and ONF.
The company began in a one-story building located in Bangbae-dong, Seocho District. In August 2014, Lee Wonmin purchased a six-story building located in Mangwon-dong, Mapo District named Daemyung Tower Building for KR₩4.33 billion, which functions as the current company headquarters.
Almost a year after its foundation, WM Entertainment signed up "Battle Shinhwa" alumnus Taegoon. In 2010, rapper H-Eugene and Baby Vox Re.V member Ahn Jinkyung joined the company. All of them have left the label.
On April 2011, WM Entertainment debuted their first male idol group, B1A4.
On April 2015, WM Entertainment debuted their first female idol group, Oh My Girl.
In April 2017, Cha Yoonji, younger sister of B1A4's Baro, signed with the company.
On August 2017, WM Entertainment debuted their second male idol group, ONF
WM Entertainment began partnering with Loen Ent. in 2015, and with CJ E&M Music in 2017.
