Based in Hong Kong, Hunus Entertainment is an entertainment management company.
Hunus Ent. began in May of 1975 as Samjung Chemical Company before rebranding itself as Hunus Corporation in June of 1979. The company's entertainment industry focus began to take off in 2009 when it began to co-produce content for KBS Weekend. In April of 2016, they acquired CT Entertainment, the agency of the male idol group Romeo.
Hunus' CEO, Hong Sung Kwang, says that the company's goal is "to become a trend leader who always breathes and communicates with you in a rapidly changing media contents environment" and vows to promote content that goes beyond the Hallyu Wave.
